So that you get the most out of your consultation, please bring the following;

• Any recent blood test results (or take note of which pathology service you had the blood tests done at and we can look up online).

• Any imaging results that are relevant to your consultation.  This can include CT scans, PET scans, ultrasounds and Xrays.

• A list of your current medications.

​

• A list of questions that you may have.
